How we work
How we work
What happens from request to finished work, what we ask you to prepare, and where the service stops.
The process
-
Quote
You pick your services in the calculator and immediately see a specific price, the discount and the estimated length of the visit.
-
Neighbourhood and slot
You give us the neighbourhood, which is what lets us allow for travel time. After that we only offer slots the whole order fits into before 8:00 PM.
-
Photos
You attach photos of the item, the work area and the soiling. They are what we use to confirm scope, price and time.
-
Confirmation
We hold your slot for you. We look through the photos and confirm the price and the booking before any work starts.
-
The visit
A two-person team arrives. Inspection, setup and protecting the room, the work itself, a final check and clearing the work area.
-
Result
We show you what was done, talk you through any remaining limits and what to do next where it matters — how long the sofa needs to dry, for instance.
Team: technician and assistant
A two-person team will arrive for your appointment: a technician and an assistant. This allows us to perform some tasks in parallel, handle removable parts carefully and reduce the overall appointment time.
If something changes
We do no additional work and change no price without your approval. If the inspection turns up something the photos did not show, we explain it first and agree the change with you. And if adding a service means the order no longer fits the slot you picked, we do not silently drop the time — we show you the nearest options that do fit.
The price is based on the selected services and the conditions provided. We may request photos or videos before the appointment to confirm the scope of work. If we discover something during the online consultation or initial inspection that could not reasonably be identified earlier, we will explain it and agree on any changes before proceeding. No additional work or price change is made without the client’s approval.
What to prepare
- provide access to the property
- clear the work area
- put away fragile and valuable items
- provide water, drainage and electricity
- provide access to the electrical panel for air conditioner work
- tell us about sensitive and medical equipment
- tell us about aquariums, servers and alarm systems
- keep children and pets away from the work area
- confirm that noisy work is allowed by the building rules
Electricity and the air conditioner
The air conditioner must be fully disconnected from power before cleaning. If there is no separate isolator or the correct circuit breaker is unknown, our team may, with your permission, briefly test a limited number of circuit breakers one at a time. We will notify you beforehand so you can save your work and safely shut down sensitive equipment. We do not open electrical panels or perform wiring work. If the air conditioner cannot be safely isolated, we will discuss the available options before starting the cleaning.
A limited, one-at-a-time test with no interference in the wiring.
Children and pets
Some stages of the work may be noisy. We use professional cleaning products and equipment — a biodegradable product is still a chemical while it is wet. Children and pets must remain outside the work area and must not have access to tools, cables, water or cleaning products until our team confirms that it is safe to return.
Does anyone in the property have allergies, asthma or sensitivity to smells or cleaning products?
Allergies, sensitive equipment, building rules, pets, medical equipment or anything else worth keeping in mind.
What cleaning can and cannot do
- old stains may not disappear completely
- odours may need an additional treatment
- damaged fabric may change in appearance
- unstable finishes may change colour
- limescale may already have damaged the surface
- mould inside materials is not removed by ordinary cleaning
- cleaning does not replace air conditioner repair
- we do not recharge refrigerant
- a sofa stays damp after cleaning; drying time depends on the fabric and ventilation
Where it helps, we test on an inconspicuous area first.
When an order needs a manual review
Some orders we do not confirm automatically. Unsafe access to an outdoor unit, no safe way to isolate the air conditioner, damaged electrics, heavy mould, fabric with no care label, no water or no drainage, an order that is simply too long — in all of these we look at the request ourselves and come back to you with a confirmed price and time.
Large orders
This order does not fit into one standard appointment. Send us the photos and we will suggest splitting the services into multiple visits or arranging an individual schedule.
