Hot-water extraction cleaning in your home: upholstery, cushions and, if needed, the reverse side.
A sofa collects everything the room lives on: dust, skin oils, crumbs, pet hair, hands and drinks. A vacuum lifts the top layer, but the soil bound into the fibre stays — and that is what darkens the armrests and brings the smell visitors notice before the owners do.
We are not taking this service at the moment. The prices and the description stay — write to us if you need it: that is how we see there is demand and bring it back sooner.

We price by item, not by square metre: armchair, 2-, 3- or 4-seat sofa, corner unit, chaise longue. Second and further items cost less — the team is already set up.

Checking the fabric
We read the care label and the material, and test an inconspicuous area where that helps.

Dry preparation
Hair, crumbs and dust come off before any wet work begins.

Cleaning
We apply the agent, work the upholstery over and extract the soil.

Drying
The item is left damp, and we talk you through how to speed the drying up.
Worth knowing beforehand
- the sofa stays damp after cleaning — drying time depends on the fabric and ventilation
- old, set-in stains may not disappear completely
- damaged fabric may change in appearance
- unstable finishes may change colour — which is why we test first
- a strong odour sometimes needs a second treatment
Where it helps, we test on an inconspicuous area first.
On every job we use reusable cloths and covers, and we dilute our products from concentrate to suit the material. Eco-friendly approach
A two-person team will arrive for your appointment: a technician and an assistant. This allows us to perform some tasks in parallel, handle removable parts carefully and reduce the overall appointment time.
