A clear figure for every service and every add-on, visible from the start — no "from", no "ask us".
The full price list is below. The calculator uses these same numbers: it adds up the lines you choose, applies the volume discount and, if the slot is less than 48 hours away, adds the short-notice fee.
The second column is the price for each further item of the same type in the same visit. The team is already set up in your home, so a second air conditioner or a second armchair costs less than the first.

Volume discount
The discount is calculated on the service total before it is applied. There are no other discounts — not for the number of identical items, not for combining particular categories.

- From $18 000 −30%
Thresholds: $9 000 → 15%, $18 000 → 30%.

Complexity
Where an item is heavily soiled, a complexity factor applies to its price. It touches that line only, not the whole order: a badly neglected bathroom does not make the air conditioner in the same visit more expensive. We set the level ourselves from your photos — it is not something you have to judge. You see the final price and confirm it before the visit.

About these prices
The price is based on the selected services and the conditions provided. We may request photos or videos before the appointment to confirm the scope of work. If we discover something during the online consultation or initial inspection that could not reasonably be identified earlier, we will explain it and agree on any changes before proceeding. No additional work or price change is made without the client’s approval.
