A bathroom does not go off in a week. Hard water leaves a mineral layer on the glass and taps, grout darkens with the damp, and a black speck appears in a corner that is a patch a month later. Routine cleaning keeps the surface tidy but does not take off what has already built up.

- shower area and tray or bathtub cleaned
- grout lines treated
- sink, toilet and surrounding tiles cleaned
- mirrors, shelves and fittings
- ventilation and clearing the work area afterwards

How the visit goes

Inspection
We look over the grout, the glass and the finishes, and point out anything doubtful.

Dwell time
Products go on and are given time to work — that part of the job is done by time, not by force.

Mechanical work
We work the grout, the glass and the corners, and lift the softened deposits.

Rinse and check
We rinse, dry off, and show you the result along with anything that stayed outside what cleaning can do.
Worth knowing beforehand
- limescale may already have damaged the surface, in which case the shine will not fully return
- mould inside materials or under the silicone is not removed by ordinary cleaning
- badly darkened grout sometimes needs replacing rather than cleaning
- we do not carry out plumbing or repair work
Where it helps, we test on an inconspicuous area first.

A two-person team will arrive for your appointment: a technician and an assistant. This allows us to perform some tasks in parallel, handle removable parts carefully and reduce the overall appointment time.
