Deep kitchen cleaning

Grease on the cabinet fronts, the hood, the filters and the inside of the cupboards — the work an ordinary clean rarely has time for.

Cooking grease does not stay by the hob. It rises with the steam and settles as a thin sticky film on the upper cabinet fronts, the hood and the ceiling above the cooker. The film builds up unnoticed, then dust starts to hold onto it — and the kitchen looks dull even straight after a clean.

How the visit goes

   Inspection

   We look at the finishes and how heavy the build-up is, and agree on anything doubtful in advance.

2. 2

   Dwell time

   Degreaser goes onto the fronts, the hood and the filters, and is left to do its work.

3. 3

   Working through

   We lift the softened grease and go over the seams, handles and corners separately.

4. 4

   Rinse and reassembly

   We rinse the product off, dry everything and put it all back where it belongs.

Worth knowing beforehand

• unstable cabinet finishes may change in appearance — we test first
• a heavily burnt-on oven sometimes needs a second treatment
• we do not dismantle built-in appliances and we do not carry out repairs
• the inside of cabinets is only cleaned if you have emptied them beforehand
