Pegboard organizer for 4 tools: frequently asked questions

What fits in the 4-tool pegboard organizer?

Tools and accessories up to 12 mm in diameter fit: rotary tool accessories, extensions and slim tools. Each of the 4 slots is 12 mm across with 15 mm of usable depth, so measure your accessories before you buy.

What is the difference between the 4-tool and the 6-bit organizer?

The slots differ: the 4-tool organizer has four 12 mm slots, while the 6-bit one has six 7.8 mm slots for 1/4 inch bits. Both are 80 mm wide and 29 mm tall; the 4-tool module is 21.5 mm deep and the 6-bit one 18.5 mm. They join together.

How does it hang on the pegboard?

It hangs on two rear hooks on a panel with vertical oval slots of about 5 x 15 mm, staggered with 20 mm between centres. If you are building a row, join the modules with the side joint first and then hang the whole row.

How do I get out an accessory that got stuck?

Each slot of the 4-tool organizer has a 5 mm through-hole at the bottom: push the accessory out with a finger, and dust falls out the same way. The slots are tilted 18° forward so you can see and grab the tool from the front.

What is included, and what is it made of?

You get 1 four-tool organizer, 3D-printed in PETG with the visible layer texture typical of 3D printing. The panel and tools in the photos are not included; Casitio designs and makes the organizer in its own workshop.
