Casitio is not a cleaning company. We take on the objects and areas of a home that regular cleaning cannot handle: air conditioners, upholstery, bathrooms and kitchens. This is work that needs equipment, products and time — which is exactly why it tends to get put off.
How we are set up
Real prices
We publish figures, not ranges. "From" tells you nothing up front and leaves the uncertainty on your side.
The price is confirmed before the work
We do no additional work and change no price without the client’s approval. That is what the photos are for.
A quote before you commit
The price, the discount, the estimated time and the free slots are all visible before you send anything. Nothing has to be found out over the phone.
Limits stated out loud
We say up front what cleaning cannot fix, so that it never comes as news after the visit.
Slots the order actually fits
We only offer times that are genuinely free once the work and the travel are accounted for. All work finishes by 8:00 PM.
Reusable rather than single-use
Our cloths, covers and sprayers are reusable and our products arrive as concentrates. We choose those products by criteria: biodegradable surfactants, no chlorine or phosphates, pH matched to the material.
Team: technician and assistant
A two-person team will arrive for your appointment: a technician and an assistant. This allows us to perform some tasks in parallel, handle removable parts carefully and reduce the overall appointment time.
Where we started
The first specialism was air conditioner cleaning. Then came sofas and armchairs, and deep cleaning for bathrooms and kitchen areas. Mattresses, cooker hoods, ovens and fridges will become standalone services when we can publish a real price and real examples for them — and not before.
