Which bits fit the 6-bit pegboard organizer?
The 6-bit pegboard organizer is made for 1/4 inch hex insert bits. Each of its 6 slots is 7.8 mm in diameter and about 15 mm deep, so the bit sits securely and its working end sticks out the top.
Will it fit my pegboard? What slot pattern does it need?
It fits panels with vertical oval slots of about 5 x 15 mm in a staggered grid with 20 mm between centres. The organizer hangs on two rear hooks, so measure the slots and spacing of your panel before you buy.
How big is the 6-bit organizer?
The module measures 80 x 18.5 x 29 mm: 80 mm wide along the panel, 18.5 mm deep from the panel and 29 mm tall. Each bit sits 15 mm deep in its slot and the rest stands above the top, so it takes very little room on a tool wall.
Do the bits stay visible, or can they fall out?
The bits stay in plain sight and do not fall out easily: each slot is tilted 18° forward, so the bit rests against the tube wall and is easy to grab. A 5 mm opening at the bottom lets dust out and lets you push out a stuck bit with a finger.
Can I join several organizers into one row?
Yes. The 6-bit organizer has a dovetail side joint and connects to other 80 mm Casitio modules, such as the 4-tool organizer. Slide the modules together vertically, then hang the whole row; they cannot be joined one by one once they are already on the panel.
Can I order it in another color?
The 6-bit organizer is in stock in violet, and you can pick from the offered colors on the product page. The color is confirmed with the workshop before production; if the one you want is not in stock, we print it to order in PETG.
